Amazing I had James Olson in Sales and Avery in finance. They both were absolutely amazing. Just bought an awesome car! I haven't bought many cars, but for me there's always a deep sense of dread when buying a new car from having to deal with car salesmen and them throw I haven't bought many cars, but for me there's always a deep sense of dread when buying a new car from having to deal with car salesmen and them throwing out crazy bits of information and not really giving you time to think. Even though they couldn't get me approved at honda for a vehicle My salesman went out of his way to help me test drive more than one truck on the lot. Even though they couldn't get me approved at honda for a vehicle because of my credit issues, james never stopped trying. I am a veteran and I could tell that was a big deal for him as he thanked me several times for my service. This is all before he took his time, past the clock to bring me to the buick store to look at a vehicle i was interested in. I saw a different sales person first and he was terrible, I do not want to go into detail here because you would probably not accept my review. I told him that I did not want to deal with him. The second day I came back I had Gloria taking care of me. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles she had available for me to see. Used Car Purchase Tim Foreman in Sales was very helpful and pleasant. I never felt pressured and he did a good job in explaining things to me. 5 stars for him! Jay was Tim Foreman in Sales was very helpful and pleasant. I never felt pressured and he did a good job in explaining things to me. 5 stars for him! Jay was also great in getting things set up when we first came in. The only issue I had was in Finance with Avery. I felt somewhat pressured in signing up for extra services that I really couldn't afford. This, however, was rectified by Jay and Tim the next day when I met with a new person in Finance. I was able to go over the Retail Buyers Order line by line for the first time. I will refer any of my friends or family to Tim Foreman . More
