I have been waiting MONTHS for a reply from Jennifer Polizzi I have been waiting months to get a reply from Jennifer Polizzi, the finance manager, about my GAP refund as my car was totaled on April 29th. She al I have been waiting months to get a reply from Jennifer Polizzi, the finance manager, about my GAP refund as my car was totaled on April 29th. She almost never answers an email, and yes I know she got the email because I have my email set up to notify me when she opens my email. It says that she read them, but she never responds. I even asked her if getting Shannon Behnkin out there with news cameras would give her a push. At this point, as I haven't heard from her or the dealership or the GAP insurance company, I am ready to accuse her and this dealership of fraud. I just want my money back which is due me. I will never do business with these crooked people again. More
