Continued excellent, courteous service. Brought 2013 CRV in for battery problem, no appointment because it was an unexpected emergency situation. As always, friendly greeting by 1st contact person. I was signed in and directed to see James McLaughlin, the service advisor I normally interact with. Within a short period of time, James advised the battery would be checked and status of previously installed battery's warranty life/status checked. I was given courtesy ride home to Mainlands, Unit 1. Within an hour, James called to inform me new battery was needed. Less than an hour later I had return courtesy ride back to Crown Honda to pay what I owed on the new battery and retrieve my car. Again, another successful service visit to your dealership.
