If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst sales experience and sales person EVER. Gloria does not listen. She was rude and unhelpful. 3 quotes and a final deal only to be told the car we wanted was sold a few and sales person EVER. Gloria does not listen. She was rude and unhelpful. 3 quotes and a final deal only to be told the car we wanted was sold a few days earlier. Seriously they dont know their inventory?? She finds the car and when we take it for a drive the AC is not working. It was a fiasco from step one. Would not recommend this dealership nor Gloria. Never. Again. What sales person tells you that you’re too demanding and that her commission is nothing because of your negotiating abilities? She said “put that in your pipe and smoke it” and hung up on me. The ONLY good thing abt our experience was Desmond Lee, super nice guy. He gets all the stars that Gloria hopes to get. More

I had an awesome experience at Crown Honda! I went there to get new tires and I had to replace my battery. Zachary Ruppert was my advisor and he was great!
