Michelle Dessert was great in every way except, I don't know if she could avoid this, she told me if I got there at 7:30, the shuttle would take me back to my work at 8:00. Wondering where the shuttle was, know if she could avoid this, she told me if I got there at 7:30, the shuttle would take me back to my work at 8:00. Wondering where the shuttle was, I was informed that the regular driver was on vacation; thus, I had to wait until 9:30. If I knew this would happen, I would have scheduled my maintenance appointment at a later date when the regular driver had returned from vacation. However, it was nice to meet the driver who was from Worcester, MA. I lived only a few miles from him back in the mid 1980's. When I purchase my next car from Crown Honda, I hope to receive some type of credit: I purchased my last car without financing it back in 2017; however, the salesman sold me add-ons, including gap insurance. I didn't know what gap insurance was until, a couple of years later, my brother noticed it and made me feel like a fool. More
