I have bought a few cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience I have ever had in my life!! I literally went to another Honda dealership before Crown Honda and I had the worst experience ever and best experience I have ever had in my life!! I literally went to another Honda dealership before Crown Honda and I had the worst experience ever and when I went to Crown Honda it ended up being like a big rainbow of sunshine!! I not only had the best guy ever who was so very helpful and answered all my questions but I had a guy, Sejad Gurdic who was also so friendly, so down to earth and so funny that I actually had a blast while buying my first Honda car! Though I've lived here for over 40 years, I'd never visited Crown before. I did last Friday and was very impressed by all of the folks I met. My salesperson, Eric Harris, was particularly helpful and I visited Crown before. I did last Friday and was very impressed by all of the folks I met. My salesperson, Eric Harris, was particularly helpful and I purchased a new Honda Pilot. Even after the sale Eric helped me as I had questions abojut the vehicle. I hope to return for another vehicle in the future and, in the meantime, will be using Crown for service on my Pilot. More

He answered our questions respectfully and actually took the time to look at the paper documentation of service we brought with us. We can't remember the last time we were given this level of service in dealing with our vehicles over the years.
