This is the 3rd CR-V that I have purchased from Crown Honda. Obviously I have been very happy with the dealership and all the people who work there. That goes for the servicedepartment as well. Michelle Dessert is fabulous and did everything in her power to make my service wonderful. However, they were short staffed and the wait time was ridiculous! Michelle arranged to get me a ride home and ba power to make my service wonderful. However, they were short staffed and the wait time was ridiculous! Everyone was wonderful but especially Chris Bach he didn't give up on me. He wnt the extra mile so I didnt have to go and pick it up and had it delivered to me.
