He arranged for complimentary transportation to work, and kept me in the loop where I was at in line throughout the day. The service work was covered under warranty and he even arranged for my transportation back to the dealership the same day. I've never written a glowing reference for a car dealership before. Ever. But my recent visit to get our Civic serviced and the help by Gary Phillips was outstanding. I'm always wary of taking my ca dealership before. Ever. But my recent visit to get our Civic serviced and the help by Gary Phillips was outstanding. I'm always wary of taking my car in because I'm afraid of getting up-charged for something I don't need. Gary took the opposite approach, going over everything carefully and making sure I understood what I was getting into. He didn't try to push when I didn't want something and seemed very aware of how expensive car repairs can be. He seemed honest, something I don't get at the Toyota dealership up the road where I've taken our Prius for servicing. I felt like Gary was an actual advisor rather than someone trying to meet a monthly quota. We've been going to our local mechanic for the Civic, but going forward, I'll take the car back to Crown Honda. More
