My appointment was disappointing and a partial waste of time because my vehicle needed an electrical/software update due to a recall, and I was not informed in advance that the WiFi was down at the dealers time because my vehicle needed an electrical/software update due to a recall, and I was not informed in advance that the WiFi was down at the dealership and thus the update could not be completed. Then, the employee said she would call me when WiFi was back up and running, and she never did. Furthermore, she made a follow up appointment for me, and when I arrived, she wasn't even working that day! It was truly unbelievable.
