Company staff was very professional. They asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and they delivered with the accessories I was looking for and with the price I could afford. There was no going back and forth with personnel. The salesman, Roberto Cardenas did all the negotiating directly with me without the supervisor having to contact me. I highly recommend this dealership and Roberto so he can do all the running around with the higher ups.

Having family that lost property in the Palisades-Eaton Fires in January. I had to drive 2 hours to get a fair deal at Shaver. After a brief misunderstanding months later. Andrew and Nathan the Gen. Managers were able to offer me a fair resolution that confirmed even in our toughest times there's still compassion for strangers in a big city. They're a fine well run family business.
