Gary helped me recently for the first time with my Jeep. I recently was in to have a headlight replaced and had to return a second time to fine tune the service as the headlight was not installed properly. Gary was so professional and friendly, and just honestly a very nice man. He made sure to prioritize correcting this mistake and made sure I was happy with my service. As a customer of Crown Jeep for many years, I have experienced many service advisors, and have not always been pleased. I truly appreciate in this day and age where compassionate customer service can tend to be lacking with businesses, I feel Gary showed up as his best self and representing Crown Dodge exceptionally well.
