Service Managers lack of accountability to provide even reasonable service was the worst i have ever seen. I was told my $75,000 truck with a 5000 mile warranty with only 27,000 could not be fixed due to a back order part. I then had to reach out to Admin to have them help locate the part at a local dealer. I was told by the service manager i need to call crysler. I had to take matters into my own hands to find the part and beg for a rental car. After i got my truck back the interior was disgusting. Workers had been having lunch in my truck boots on the dash and changed all my music. I will never by another Ram because of this. Ram Oxnard will never be recommended or my go to service center ever again. More
