Customer communications is poor. My car sat for 2 weeks waiting for functional fuel pumps. It was returned dirty and no gas. I had to tow it back when I fueled it at Costco due to fuel pump negligence by the techs. Gas leaked all the way back to the shop to correct their errors. Very disappointed with the Mopar mechanics. My car still smells like gas due to the leakage. I feel that a discount is due because I rented a car for 2 weeks and had to pay for a tow. No one apologized and I never heard back from Mike, the supervisor. More
