Crown Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

Very unhappy with Crown. I had enrolled in Jeep Wave and was eligible for 3 free oil changes. My Jeep Wave membership was cancelled without notification until I took my Jeep I had enrolled in Jeep Wave and was eligible for 3 free oil changes. My Jeep Wave membership was cancelled without notification until I took my Jeep for an oil change. Much time was wasted trying to restore the membership. MOPAR informed me that it was a sales incentive and Crown had cancelled the enrollment. I paid $148 for the oil change. In addition, at the time of purchase I was promised a set of seat covers. When I told the finance manager about the covers and that it should be added to the Due Bill he said that it would be left off but the parts department would call me when they arrived. I was never called, this was also sales xx. I will not go back to Crown. More
