My service experience at Crown Jeep of Dublin was excellent. I was able to get an appointment very easily and quickly. He addressed each of my issues individually and very nicely explained to me all of the things scheduled to be performed & updated on my vehicle. I also appreciated the phone updates about the status of my Jeep. Mark called several times, including at time to inform me that my Grand Cherokee needed an unexpected additional repair. He wanted to verify that it was ok to fix on that day because the repair was going to to prolong the service appointment until the end of the work day, and he didn't want it to interfere with any plans that I had prior to the visit. Overall my experience was great! Mark is one of the nicest "car dealership" people I have ever worked with. My husband & I both have Jeeps and will both return to Crown & Mark for service of our vehicles. More

This is my second purchase of a Jeep from this Crown dealer. I didn't think my last experience could be topped until I met Frank Eastman. I initially went in to test drive a Cherokee due to the upcomi dealer. I didn't think my last experience could be topped until I met Frank Eastman. I initially went in to test drive a Cherokee due to the upcoming birth of my first child. I was reluctant to get rid of my Jeep Wrangler which I loved. I returned to the dealer a few different times and on my last visit Frank picked up on the fact that I did not act happy with the Cherokee and wanted me to be happy with my new purchase. Frank pointed me to a new Wrangler Sport with a hardtop and more features which would be perfect for both me and the new baby. He sincerely wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and did not want to just make a sale and send me on my way. That day we worked out a deal that I was very happy with including the trade-in of my old Wrangler. I felt so much better driving away and leaving in the new Wrangler vs. the Cherokee. Frank treated me as he would have his own daughter and at no time did I feel pressured or scammed. It`s been 17 years since I have purchased a new vehicle(Jeep Grand Cherokee) for myself. I had been looking on line for several weeks for a new Jeep. Had narrowed what I wanted to a red/blue Jeep C vehicle(Jeep Grand Cherokee) for myself. I had been looking on line for several weeks for a new Jeep. I live on the Eastside of Columbus about 22 miles away. I finally had a chance to go to Crown and was checking the inventory, when Frank (Eastman) was walking out the side door. I asked him if he could assist me in looking for what I wanted. Frank was not only friendly and informative, but also found a truck to meet my needs. We went inside and ran the numbers. He also had the finance come up with a monthly payment that fit me. I had a dinner date planned with my family and had to leave. Frank set up all the paperwork and finance dept. to help me when I returned. When I got back to the dealership, Frank was there to meet me and was ready to help me finish with the financing. Terry (Moore) financial manager went out of his way to get the best financial package that I could receive, which included a longer warranty and service packages. He was quick and efficient. After purchasing the Jeep, Frank sat down with me and took time to help me better understanding of my new Jeep. Then took me out to the Jeep and went over the entire controls. By the time I had left. Within minutes of submitting for a quote via internet on December 30th, I received a call from Lew Ash at Crown. He 'qualified' me and we discussed what I required in a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. When I arrived he suprised me with a vehicle that included both my requirements as well as the remote car starter. My first impression was that I immediately was trusting this guy with listening to me and doing his best on my behalf. So I knew I was buying an SUV. The car had to be brought in from somewhere, so the next day, December 31st, I arrived and got a fantastic vehicle, great customer service from Lew, and left a fan of both Crown and Jeep.
