The transmission coolant lines on our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee defaulted and were leaking transmission fluid all over our garage and pretty much everywhere we went. We had taken our Jeep to a mechanic we use for work and he told us that he wasn't able to repair it that it had to be taken to the dealership for repairs and he suggested that we get it in sooner than later, we were able to return to work, but had to have the Jeep towed to the closest dealership which was Crown Dublin from our office. We had spoken with Mark and he was our "go-to" guy for the repairs to our Jeep. He checked into the warranty information for us and found that we had no warranty left on the vehicle even after we bought $2400.00 worth of additional coverage when we bought the vehicle for in November of 2012 from Cross Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep in Louisville, KY. We had sticker shock at first and I think Mark understood that, as he probably deals with this kind of stuff everyday. The time that it took Crown Dublin to fix our vehicle was amazing! We thought Mark and the folks at Crown Dublin were amazing, friendly, nice and knowledgeable in there field. Upon pick we were able to meet mark and a few others and warmly welcomed, they even washed our Jeep for us which made my day, I had to give the valet driver a hug! More
