I picked the one I was most interested in and Lew set up an appointment for Sunday but let me know I would be working with Craig that day since Lew would not be there. This worked out great for me since I bought a Jeep from Craig in 2010. I show up Sunday ask for Craig and he knew exactly which truck I was wanting. We went for a test drive that was nice and long showing me all the different features of the truck. After the test drive I knew I wanted this truck. The price was what I was looking for and there was little to no haggling over the price. The price I got for my trade in was very fair making the final price of the new truck right where I wanted it. Then came time to sign the paperwork. Probably the fastest I've ever gotten through it. It may have taken 20 minutes at most and would have been shorter if not for a paper jam. After the paperwork was finished Craig was waiting to show me how to use all of the features on my truck. This was great and probably saved me a lot of headache from trying to figure it out myself. After that I was on my way in my new truck. Had a great experience and if I can talk my wife into a Durango next year we will be back to see Craig to purchase it. Definitely a great place to buy a new vehicle. More

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I called ahead to make sure the car I saw online was at this location and when I got to the lot the person I spoke to on the phone, Eric Ryan, already I called ahead to make sure the car I saw online was at this location and when I got to the lot the person I spoke to on the phone, Eric Ryan, already had the car pulled around for me. He was more than prepared with information about the car and would answer any questions I had. This was my first time buying a car and I didn't know a whole lot about credit, and insurance and Eric was very patient not only with me while I contacted my dad about being a cosigner but also with my fiance. He explained everything to us about financing the car, more than once, and was very understanding that this was my first time buying a car and didn't know a lot about the process. I never felt pressured in any way, and I also never felt rushed. Another great person at the dealership was Terry Moore who helped us out with the financing. He was also very patient and went above and beyond explaining everything to us about gap insurance and extended warranties. He would offer his own advice through examples from his personal experiences with owning a car and I could tell that he was a very genuine person and just wanted what was best for us as first time buyers. No question we asked was a dumb question and we didn't feel like we were being talked down too in any way because we are young and had no prior experience car shopping. Overall, I had a great first time experience buying a car and a lot of it had to do with Eric and Terry taking the time. I would definitely recommend this dealership and hopefully when my fiance is looking for a car Eric and Terry will still be at this dealership to help her. More
