Painless The Internet is a wonderful thing. We were searching and the exact car we were hoping for popped up on their used car inventory. Calling blind we were The Internet is a wonderful thing. Calling blind we were forwarded to Eric Ryan, who, after checking, informs us that while the car was listed in their "digital" inventory, it was actually on a truck coming from Florida. 2 days later, no car. Eric gets his "weekend" mid week. On his day off he texted us to remind us to check in case the vehicle had arrived. It had and, apparently, there was great interest in it, at least 5 people who had a 'strong interest.' Had he not encouraged us to call, we would have missed out entirely. As it turned out, we have a vehicle we love. It goes without saying that he did all of the 'delivery' things he needed to do, yada, yada. But, it was that one customer care decision that made the difference. As far as we are concerned, Crown cares about it's customers. More

Fantastic Eric Ryan helped me get my new Pacifia and I love it. My experience was amazing. I wasn't swamped with people when I pulled up like vultures... which Eric Ryan helped me get my new Pacifia and I love it. My experience was amazing. I wasn't swamped with people when I pulled up like vultures... which I enjoy. I was able to go back and forth with Eric for days about what I was looking for and what I could do over text which was really convenient for me. When we hammered out the details over text I just came in, we filled out the paperwork and I took my new van home. Easiest most hassle free car buying experience I've ever had and I got exactly what I wanted. More
