Great Experience My partner and I stopped by Crown to look at a Jeep. We didn't really plan to buy a car right away, but I was just beginning the process and wanted to My partner and I stopped by Crown to look at a Jeep. We didn't really plan to buy a car right away, but I was just beginning the process and wanted to get a feel for what I liked. We drove through the lot before going inside and we checked out the Jeep Renegade. We didn't think Crown was open, but a service person walked through the parking lot and said "They're all open if you want to check out the inside!" We were able to check out the car without being hounded (we thought that was nice). We talked it over in the parking lot and decided we should go inside since the dealership was open and we could get an idea of what might be in my price range. From the moment Pat introduced himself to us until the moment we left, he was so kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and patient with us. We ended up looking at numbers and Joe (Finance Manager) and Dan (New Car Sales Manager) helped to get the numbers to where we needed them. We ended up buying a new Jeep! All three (Dan, Joe, and Pat) stayed later than closing to finish up the deal with us. I love my new Jeep and will definitely recommend Pat to my friends and family. My partner said that he will be back to visit as well when he starts looking for a new vehicle. Overall great dealership and Sales Consultant that will listen to your needs/wants and be honest and upfront without extreme pressure that come from a lot of car-buying experiences. More

Good experience Daniel Pierce did a wonderful job of taking care of us. The former one that was helping was not helpful. I’m glad the Daniel took over. Pre-owned Sale: Dan Pierce/Ron Pastorius Great experience with Dan at Crown- coming from totaling my car, my timeline for purchasing was mandated by my insurance coming through. I picked out Great experience with Dan at Crown- coming from totaling my car, my timeline for purchasing was mandated by my insurance coming through. I picked out my vehicle on a snow stormy Monday (xxxxxxto Dan for being awesome even in the weather) and wasn't able to come in to purchase until that Friday. Everyone at Crown was accommodating of this and didn't pressure me to purchase before I was ready. The buying process was smooth and transparent; I didn't feel as though information was withheld from me or that I was suckered into anything I didn't need (Ron in the finance department was great too!). I drove away a happy customer and will come back for needed services as well. Thanks, Crown! More
