Mike Kost was the salesperson who approached me in the lot while looking at the 2020 Dodge Challengers. He was very friendly, cordial & not pushy at all which I really like in a salesperson. This was probably my most comfortable experience of buying a car. All of the Crown employees that I met with were friendly & professional. The Sales Manager took the time to stop by and talk with me about the sale of the vehicle and explained in detail all the incentives that were being offered at the time. He also gave me two Dodge ball-caps to complete the look! The Finance Manager, Chancy Deakins is super friendly and professional. He made the whole car buying experience a pleasure from beginning to end. The whole process from looking around to out the door was a very positive & comfortable experience. If I were in the market for a new vehicle purchase I would recommend Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Cleveland without hesitation. ! More
