Positive: (US Marine, Licensed Therapist/PhD Candidate) On July 25, 2020 my 2013 CTS V wagon was totaled out by an uninsured driver in New Haven CT where I am a PhD student and employed w/ a private practi On July 25, 2020 my 2013 CTS V wagon was totaled out by an uninsured driver in New Haven CT where I am a PhD student and employed w/ a private practice. At that time, I began to research a replacement vehicle and decided on a 2018 SRT Durango and located one Michigan and sent a deposit as well as purchased plane tickets for myself and 16-year-old son. To make a long story short it was a salvage vehicle to a total loss title that the dealership attempted to sell me. After almost suffering a loss and more research, I reached out to Crown Auto Motive in Tennessee (I am now in the state of Maine), and spoke to Steve (Navy Man), after exchanging niceties (squids vs jar heads) I forwarded a deposit. At that time Steve recommended the Read House in Chattanooga and expressed that Crown would send a driver to pick me and my son up on Mon. My son and I flew out on a Sun and were picked up by Crown as promised Mon morning and transported to Crown about 35 minutes away. Paperwork was done in about an hour. Negative: It took almost 60 days for Crown to receive title, which I understand was not their fault. Crown assisted me step by step with temp plates and answered all inquiries as well as contacted SC DMV (state where registered) to assist with process of registration. Overall experience: Honest and transparent dealership that made an out of state purchase easy. Thank you guys!!! More

We had a serious issue with my Durango Citadel motor and without getting into it, Trevor was beyond helpful and took very good care of me. He was approachable and worked with me through the ups and downs o without getting into it, Trevor was beyond helpful and took very good care of me. He was approachable and worked with me through the ups and downs of the issue. It was a lengthy process involving Chrysler Corp techs curing the Covid issue. Communications were always spot on and ultimately the gremlin prevailed but this recommendation is not about the vehicle its about the level of service provided. Honesty and working with the customer as best as you can is key to returning customers. Trevor was always professional. He needs a raise! More
