My experience was pretty good. I took my car up there to get it the brake service and oil change on September 22 I spoke with Jake Cansler In the service department he called me back the next morning and t get it the brake service and oil change on September 22 I spoke with Jake Cansler In the service department he called me back the next morning and told me what the problem was and they had to order the parts and it was gonna be three days before they could get them in that was on Thursday morning September 23 I waited until the next week on Thursday, September 30 before I called back to check on my car I left a message for Jake on his voicemail around 1 PM and then call back roughly around 430 that afternoon and I called back the next day October 1 left a message again and then turned around and called the service department spoke with someone they told me that they were working on it and they would have Jake call me back he did call me back little later on that afternoon and let me know that they were still working on the car and it should be ready later on that same day. The only problem that I had was trying to get a hold of Jake to get an update on my car. They just need to check their voicemail a little more often. Other than that everything was great. More

Everyone there I worked with went out of their way to earn my business. No one was pushy or difficult to talk to about any part of the sale.
