I bought my 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel new from Crown Dodge Ram here in Cleveland TN. I have always done service here since 2016. They have always been fantastic. However this experience was the best. My servi Ram here in Cleveland TN. I have always done service here since 2016. They have always been fantastic. However this experience was the best. My service rep Don Goben went above and beyond. From the start he was interested in my needs. My truck been exceptional in durability and besides oil changes has needed very little. This time though I wanted to give her a once over. It has 53500 miles on original tires and needed a new set. I shopped around at local tire dealers but Don gave me the best price, finding a special on Michelin’s I wanted. Along with an alignment . From there I needed to have the diesel filters changed again he found a special for me. I also had total oil change done and break fluid changed. On all the above he found specials which were not advertised and I never asked about. I also had my battery changed out. Don kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was exceptional to deal with. Also the truck had 3 recalls on it which he explained to me in detail. I could not have asked for better service from Don or Crown.
