Ryan, Thank you for your review, although I am a little confused by its content as we did everything we could to do a deal with you. You came in on 03/05/21 and wanted to order a 2021 Gladiator Rubicon Diesel. I built the order for you and then advised you that we had a demonstrator model that could save you much more than the one you wanted to order. The MSRP of the demo was $64675 and had $1800 worth of additional equipment added to the unit. We offered to sell you the demo for $58,406.00 and threw in the added equipment at no charge. That would have made his total savings $8267. You wanted us to take $14,000 off the unit and we politely declined. You told us you had offers from other dealers offering 6% off invoice if you placed an order and so we offered you 10% if you ordered from us. You declined saying that you felt that you could get a better deal somewhere else. Given your $9600 in negative equity we truly offered you the best deal we could, and we are disappointed that we weren't able to offer you something you could take. Sorry you’re confused, I’ll step it out for you. 1. There were not $1,800 of additional equipment beyond the msrp. I have a photo of the sticker Lance sent to me. Your math is inflating the cost by adding in the $1,800 that is not there. Being misleading with your pricing is pretty dishonest. Fun with math, I got 7% below invoice with my dealer which equates to 12% off msrp. 2. This was a unit the dealership was trying to push which really didn’t have everything I wanted which was explicitly stated. I also wasn’t told it was a demo model either or I would have said “no thanks” right away. 3. The negative equity in my vehicle was never an issue. 4. Lance told me on 3/4 he was going to discuss all the details with the GM first thing in the morning so we could get a deal figured out and he would call me at 10am. That call never came so I texted him and he said he would get back with me shortly, never did, and kept putting me off instead of telling me directly he couldn’t do anything.
