Reginald was so nice and easy to deal with. I went in a hour before closing and he never seemed frustrated with me or made me feel rushed. He was very personable and funny. The finance department did not t hour before closing and he never seemed frustrated with me or made me feel rushed. He was very personable and funny. The finance department did not try to talk me in to "the extras" or make me feel like I wss making a mistake by not purchasing the extras. I contacted Crown to ask some questions about a car on the website and Ian Hill got the call and answered my questions and sent me additional information as he got it. We went to the dealership to see a couple cars and Ian had one additional car brought to the Chattanooga location so we didn't have to travel further to Cleveland. Throughout the whole process he answered all of our questions, was prepared when we arrived so we didn't have to wait and took very good care of us throughout the whole process of purchasing our car.
