I bought my vehicle new in 2014, was told it was upgradeable to navigation. After they checked my VIN, I was told that upgrading was not possible. I then had numerous issues with my radio not connec upgradeable to navigation. After they checked my VIN, I was told that upgrading was not possible. I then had numerous issues with my radio not connecting to my phone. I took back under warranty several times, never was fixed and a lot of other issues happened at dealership; once manager told me to leave it and they would fix it, and I would have a rental. I got there no rental, and I had to go up the road to get one...they wanted my credit card and I checked back with manager and he went on vacation! Fast forward to last May, AC went out, they "fixed" it for $1250. On check in, the guy was cussing the car, should have left then. They did not properly repair vehicle, it hisses now as air circulates through the system, and my hood doesn't latch properly now. Also the notes had no indication of proper transmission level (ac and transmission use same cooler) I tried for a month to contact on phone and on website to deaf ears. I disputed the payment, and they contacted me a month after that . I went back and forth in text message (yes they are that unprofessional) and dropped the dispute on my card because she said she would work it out. Now she is saying that they have done all they can do. I told her I would get my vehicle analyzed, repaired and send them the bill. Due to Covid I have not been able to get the vehicle anywhere, they are all covered up. This place sucks never go there!!! More
