TO: burke76 I wanted to thank you for allowing Crown to service your Ram 2500 diesel. I understand that Jason Masterson has reached out to on your concern regarding pricing. He mentioned that you stated that you have been getting the identical service we provided at another dealer significantly less than what we charge. We monitor dealers in our area monthly to make certain that our prices are competitive in our market and the price we charge for a diesel oil and filter charge are in line with dealers in Chattanooga. I do apologize for your wait time. We generally have a Lube, Oil and Filter service performed in under 90 minutes, I’m not certain as to what caused the delay.
