honest sales - a pleasure to purchase there I drove from Atlanta to Chattanooga to purchase an Infiniti QX56 I found online at this dealership at a great price. the price was below what i found I drove from Atlanta to Chattanooga to purchase an Infiniti QX56 I found online at this dealership at a great price. the price was below what i found anywhere else after a two month search. More importantly, the service from the manager and salesperson were upfront and helpful. I’d preciously left another dealership closer to me because I felt uncomfortable, but the people at Crown were just the best. More

Great customer service I brought my car in for service and received exceptional quality service from Joshua Walker. This gentleman made sure that I was comfortable with e I brought my car in for service and received exceptional quality service from Joshua Walker. This gentleman made sure that I was comfortable with everything that was being done to my car. He made authorized adjustments to my total fees that really helped my budget. By doing that I was able to also have a bulb replaced that had been blown out for awhile. “Making me a customer for life” per manager Lee Johnson I purchased a new Ram 1500 (blackout package with all terrain tires) and noticed the tires were not balanced. My sales person, Daryl Lacy agreed with I purchased a new Ram 1500 (blackout package with all terrain tires) and noticed the tires were not balanced. My sales person, Daryl Lacy agreed with me and discussed the issue with sales manager Lee Johnson. After several unsuccessful attempts to fix this situation, Lee took control and made this situation right by mounting four new comparable or better tires which fixed this problem. Lee continued to follow up with me until I was satisfied/happy with my new Ram; as he said “ make me a customer for life.” I would also like to mention the helpfulness of manager Will Jones who coordinated the service. All in all, these guys went above and beyond to make things right for me. This was a very good team effort by all involved. I would recommend this dealership. Happy Ram owner, Steve H. Monteagle, Tn.
