Friendly and direct I was looking for a basic no-frills used truck at a reasonable price, and stopped at the side of the road to look at one parked in the corner of the l I was looking for a basic no-frills used truck at a reasonable price, and stopped at the side of the road to look at one parked in the corner of the lot which had caught my eye. It was within my price range. Daniel Smith met my wife and I on our way in to inquire about the vehicle. He was very friendly and straight-forward. He made recommendations for how I could obtain financing with my less-than-perfect credit, which were spot-on. The Car Fax data was shared at my request without hesitation, while we were discussing the vehicle, and I was given another copy as part of the standard paperwork package the next day when we were closing the deal. The window sticker price turned out to be in error in my favor. The dealership honored the listed price in a polite and friendly manner. Taralynne Stricklin was also very fast and friendly and professional as she helped us get the financial documentation completed. The entire process was friendly, professional, and fast. I actually enjoyed my exchange with Mr. Smith, and Ms. Stricklin and found them to be very personable and engaging individuals, as well as knowledgeable and helpful professionals. More

Horrible service department If I could give them negative stars I would! Very disrespectful group of guys. My dad had to get his van that he just bought towed to this place (the If I could give them negative stars I would! Very disrespectful group of guys. My dad had to get his van that he just bought towed to this place (the old owner lost the keys). When we got there after having it towed the tow guy stayed with us and was great. Tim was one of the associates working in the department... very VERY rude man. He told my dad that they could NOT work on the van (that of which after my father called the company and asked specific questions and they told him to bring it in). Tim then told my dad that they could make a key for the van but the tow man would have to drop it first. After the tow man dropped the van my father paid him 150 dollars and the tow guy left. Me and my mother (my father and mother BOTH have just had surgery so I had to drive them) sat in my car. When my father came out he told us that they said they can not make the key and we would have to get it towed to Mercedes. This was something that SHOULD have been disgusted before the tow company dropped the van and left. Then the manager I'm assuming in the service department "Lathen"? Came out and began talking to my father telling him that he did NOT talk to anyone at that company. My dad then told him that the Tim guy told him to drop it or else we wouldn't be having this problem. Tim admitted to saying this but the manager did not care obviously. The manager then went in and Tim came out and asked my father who he used for a tow company (as if the van just appeared on the lot out of the thin air) my father had alreDy told the manager S&S towing. He then stated that they called them and said they DID NOT tow a van that day. After further research they in fact did but this place was not willing to put the effort into finding out because we are black (if you ask me that's the reason why). Then the guy came up to my dad and basically called him a liar. My dad then got out of my car on his ONE good foot and told that guy he was wrong. Tim said whatever and walked off as if he knew his job would be secured because he probably treats people this way ALL the time and has no repercussions. A great guy came out and asked us if it was any way we could go home and get the mans number that towed the van because they just need he proof. We then went home called him and he in FACT works for S&S towing. Me and my mother then went BACK to the place and talked with Lathan. Lathan pretended that the phone would not call the place so I called the number on my phone and put it on speaker and it went through perfectly. He then GRABBED my phone and took it off speaker as if to hide something. He talked with them and said they would take it to Mercedes. My mother (who had a sling on her arm from having had surgery) asked him to verify that Mercedes does the keys. After he called them they said they did not and called a place in ringgold ga and claimed they could do it. He then called the towing company back ON MY PHONE and then told me and my mother it would be 50 to take it to ringgold. As if they did not lie and should not have to pay the charges the manager basically said it was our problem and he could do nothing. My father was out 200 dollars from where the towing man was kind enough to only charge 50 to bring it back to our house after this company lied on the phone and in person. I will NEVER use THIS company again. Very very and I repeat again VERY unprofessional and racism was very apparent! If I could give less than 1 star I would. They deserve a lot worse than just a negative review. This place should be cleared out and have new people with good attitudes brought in. More

Our 2018 cuts off and on in traffic no one told us that at t Doug Grammer was professional and nice. The car is ok.
