Purchased new 2019 ram 1500. At 5900 plus miles retainer fell off truck. On 27 May 2020 went to dealership for service ,battery light coming on and back up cam not working properly. I was there when door op fell off truck. On 27 May 2020 went to dealership for service ,battery light coming on and back up cam not working properly. I was there when door opened. Day 1 only oil change done. Next day I take it back and leave truck. June 4 they call to say truck is ready. June 5 paperwork stated no problems found. I start truck up at dealership battery light was lit up. Now day 12 no loaner or truck. Customer care not here. More
