Kat was extremely nice and helpful. I took my Jeep in because the oil light would not reset after my last oil change. After I checked in, Kat went out to get the information off my Jeep I took my Jeep in because the oil light would not reset after my last oil change. After I checked in, Kat went out to get the information off my Jeep. When she came back, she had reset the oil light. She then, very kindly and effectively, walked me through the process of resetting the light. Her instructions were much better than the ones in the Jeep manual. Thank you! More

90 minutes for oil change with an appointment I scheduled an appointment to have an oil change and was told that it would take between 60 and 90 minutes to perform. I cancelled the appointment an I scheduled an appointment to have an oil change and was told that it would take between 60 and 90 minutes to perform. I cancelled the appointment and did the oil change myself in under 15 minutes. I sent the general manager and email and have yet to hear anything from him about my experience. More

Two Bad experiences - Few months ago workshop left my car in Dusty, the shop manager who checked me in was excellent - with prompt response to phone calls etc. I went in for a simple oil change - got home an Dusty, the shop manager who checked me in was excellent - with prompt response to phone calls etc. I went in for a simple oil change - got home and discovered that oil was pouring out - from a leaky oil filter that the shop had installed. Car had to be towed in. After shop secured oil leak (?) got home and still leaking - 3rd. Return - this time shop fixed oil leak - A lot of trouble for an oil change. Dusty however stayed with me until we got it right. He deserves high marks for PR. (not so with whoever did the actual work.) Dusty is the one reason I would recommend this dealership. Hopefully the workshop can improve their performance. Jason also came through with good PR. More
