Bought our third car from Crown. Lance Brown was easy to work with and seemingly nothing was too difficult to overcome. They gave me great value on the Rubicon I traded in for a new Rubicon. Since my old work with and seemingly nothing was too difficult to overcome. They gave me great value on the Rubicon I traded in for a new Rubicon. Since my old Jeep had dual tops, Lance drove all the way to Soddy Daisy to help me install the hardtop and load up the soft top and Bimini top. We were sweating in the August heat mightily but absolutely nothing bothers this young man and he kept going with a warm smile and eagerness to continue providing this customer service. Thanks Lance!!! More

Kudos to Courtney for helping a picky customer find the truck (Ram Rebel) he wanted. I worked with Courtney Shirkey and Lance Brown to purchase a Ram 1500. I wasn't really sure of what I wanted when I fi truck (Ram Rebel) he wanted. I worked with Courtney Shirkey and Lance Brown to purchase a Ram 1500. I wasn't really sure of what I wanted when I first came into the dealership, but I liked the Ram Rebel edition of the 1500. Courtney and Lance helped me narrow down what I was looking for, and once we had the parameters, they went to work trying to find trucks that fit with what I was looking for. Courtney did an incredible job of sticking with it, and providing links for various trucks that might fit with what I wanted. I had finally settled on wanting a Built to Serve edition, but none of the dealerships that had the edition that I liked would give one up. Then, as luck would have it, a 2017 Ram Rebel was traded into the dealership. Courtney let me know about it and sent a picture. Once I saw it, we went to work on numbers to see if it would work out. Fortunately, it did, and I was able to buy a truck that had a lot of the items in it that I thought I was going to have to do after purchase. I love the truck, and can't speak highly enough about everything that was done to make it happen. I especially want to thank Courtney for her determination and perseverance to find me the truck that I wanted. She was the reason that I purchased a vehicle from this dealership instead of looking elsewhere. I will definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Courtney and Lance to others. More

Had to bring my 2018 Caravan in for major repairs. Dropped it off with Cody and the crew went to work. They provided a shuttle service for me to get home and back to the dealer when a courtesy car was Dropped it off with Cody and the crew went to work. Cody kept in contact with me every step of the way and made me feel like a VIP customer. Best service in town! More
