Bought a 2019 olive-colored Jeep Cherokee from Crown and while it was a great ride, our growing family of 5 needed a little more elbow room. Had our hearts set on a Grand Cherokee Limited and 2 places had a while it was a great ride, our growing family of 5 needed a little more elbow room. Had our hearts set on a Grand Cherokee Limited and 2 places had already turned us away, including one place that was nearly a 2-hour Drive. Nothing worse than driving home empty handed. Decided to check local inventory and turns out Crown had a few on the lot so they invited us to check them out. Sure enough, we found it... a 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited that they somehow worked their magic and got us in. Gabe Jones, Manny Ospina and Jeremy Brown were especially helpful throughout the process and truly made it an enjoyable buying experience. I’d recommend Crown to anyone looking for a place that can make it happen... even when other places cannot. More

Manny Ospina was wonderful. He did not pressure me in this sale but he was very helpful .Every one there was very, very nice even though we got there late and I am sure they wanted to go home on a Friday this sale but he was very helpful .Every one there was very, very nice even though we got there late and I am sure they wanted to go home on a Friday night. The worse experience I've ever had with a dealer. You have zero customer obsession, lack of communication, then the paper work I get back says the OPPOSITE of what I was being fed to on the phone. Clearly you need to clean house in your service department. Danielle went above and beyond to communicate even when she was out sick (Jerry her manager saw this humorous but all that breeds is a toxic work environment, also its highly illegal unless your employees are salary, are your service agents salary?) Not only will I never bring my automobile here, if you just made a TINY bit of effort I wouldn't be reaching out to counsel. Absurd. To top it off, you left my tires rotated the opposite way I was informed, and what is this tire pressure? "Yes mr.pendleton we corrected the pressure after we rotated front front to back" I had to raise my voice to even get someone to assist myself and another woman, because Jerry and one of his employees were laughing and chatting and starring at us as we waited. Your service department cost your sales department... This is the service you get when you bring in an $80k truck with less then 15k miles... More
