I first met Harry at Scott Buick when looking for a dealer closer to home & work. Shortly thereafter he was scheduling maintenance on my Dad's Buick also! Gerg Berry helped us out a while ago a lotwhen the transmission on our car was literally falling apart. Had a noise in the steering. Tried several different fixes but eventually had to replace all steering components per corporate suggestion. Seems to have corrected the problem.
