We have had a horrible experience with Crown GMC. We can never get anyone to call us back or keep their word - esp after we purchased our new car. From having our brand new car in service for OVER 5 hours, never get anyone to call us back or keep their word - esp after we purchased our new car. From having our brand new car in service for OVER 5 hours, to not receiving a gift card we were promised and then not to mention the paperwork was terribly wrong when we went to sign it - all these were minor issues compared to the fact that the dealership did NOT send the payoff in for our trade in and has caused HUGE issues with our bank and credit. The check for our bank was sitting on a desk in the dealership and had not left until we called to find out why. I don't know what the issue is at this dealership but there is obviously no care for quality customer care. I have bought tons of cars and this is by far the worst we have been treated. BEWARE. I am still dealing with getting my old car paid off and its OVER a month later. HORRIBLE More

It took some time to find a dealer service center worthy to have our Saturn Serviced. Crowne treats us like our Saturn of Saint Petersburg did. Just had the 2001 L200 Timing chain and gears repaired. The to have our Saturn Serviced. Crowne treats us like our Saturn of Saint Petersburg did. Just had the 2001 L200 Timing chain and gears repaired. They did a Great job at a reasonable price. Diagnosed same day, received a loaner, and got the vehicle back two da Brought my wife's 2011 Regal in with transmission problems. Diagnosed same day, received a loaner, and got the vehicle back two days later with a brand new transmission and transaxle. Entire car was checked over while they had it. Was told that since it only had 19,000 miles it was completely covered under warranty, despite the fact that we are second owners.
