Drive the extra hour,avoid Tampa dealership. All was done promptly, and with no pressure.I then drove over, car was prepped, price was as promised . Business manger-Dean Lillquist also got me from the B tier , to A tier with ALLY (lowering money factor). All paper work was done promptly without trying to sell me dozens of add ons, unlike with the previous lease with the Tampa dealership where I was held captive for 7 hours. Out the door in about 75 minutes. Best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had of the 7 cars I have bought or leased at different dealers throughout the county. Greg More

Jim Brown and Brian Gert were very nice, professional, and courteous. They made the process very quick and painless, they never crowded me and made me feel overwhelmed. When I came in I knew what I wanted I had the opportunity to test drive my truck. I went home and made the decision, I came back and these two AWESOME gentlemen made sure that I was able to get processed smoothly through the financing Mark made sure everything got processed efficiently.... SERVICE DEPT WAS AWESOME: I took my truck in to be looked at because the carpet was wet, and Greg Bailey and The CREW there were great, they put me in a rental made sure that there were no leaks in my car, they saw a problem with my dash, they took care of it and replaced my dash without me even asking... Also all the staff there were pleasant to deal with and wonderful to talk to. We felt that this was the best sales experience we had with a dealership with any car purchase. We left a great dealer behind when we moved to Florida from Georgia in May. Tammy and Crown Buick have raised the bar on sales expectations!
