Recent visit I had been waiting on a call to have a recall part replaced on my car since June. I walked in and was handed over to Bill Hevel. I explained the situation to him regarding the recall. I also told him how long I had been waiting. Bill was not amused. He immediately got on the phone and started making calls regarding the parts that were on recall for my car. Within half an hour, he had located the part for me and consulted with me on what would work best with my schedule. When I dropped the car of the next afternoon to have the repairs done, he had already prepared the paperwork and was ready for me to drop the car off and go on my way. Bill is an extremely nice guy who knows how to make things happen. I was very appreciative of the extra steps he took to make sure that I was taken care of in this encounter. Thanks Bill. More

Both Ali Mateo and Bill Hevel were competent, answered all of my questions, They were polite, and well spoken. Work was done in the estimated time. Additional parts are on order. Mr Hevel assured me the car safety was not in question. Parts should be received soon and he will contact me upon their arrival. More

Great purchase experience! we just bought a 2010 Buick Enclave at Crown 11//8/14. everyone we dealt with was fantastic. our salesman Bob Cowart was extremely knowledgeable, pr we just bought a 2010 Buick Enclave at Crown 11//8/14. everyone we dealt with was fantastic. our salesman Bob Cowart was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and easy to work with. if we ever need to buy another car, we will seek him out. the other employees we worked with - Dean Lilliquist, Business Mgr, George (last name escapes me) who did our financing agreement were equally professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership because they made what can be an excruciating process with other dealers fun and easy. they kept us smiling through the tons of paperwork the gov't now requires. thank you all! Service found an extra problem and called to explain what was needed, all repairs were done in a timely manner and done correctly. Greg Berry (Service Advisor) and the mechanics worked as a team and were very friendly in doing so. I trust them with my truck. Truck is like new again. They saved me a bundle! Our 2009 Chevy Traverse decided to have transmission issues 2 months out of the 5 year warranty (but way under the 100,000 miles). Our transmission gu Our 2009 Chevy Traverse decided to have transmission issues 2 months out of the 5 year warranty (but way under the 100,000 miles). Our transmission guy said he couldn't fix it and we would unfortunately have to take it to a dealer. So called where we purchased the vehicle and he quoted $4500 and didn't even bat an eye. Called Chevy locally and he said, sorry, you're out of warranty and quoted somewhere in the neighborhood of the 1st guy. My husband finally got a hold of Greg Berry in the Service Department at Crown GMC. He quoted a few hundred under the first guy, but was the ONLY one who said he would call GM on our behalf and see what could be done. He also stated that GM has programs to help customers with these sorts of issues. Long story shorter, Greg got us a free loaner while the vehicle was being serviced (had major transmission work) and we only ended up paying $900 for the repair!! So kudos to GM for standing behind their product, but major kudos to Greg for even suggesting to contact them. I can't promise GM will stand behind every vehicle, but they did ours and we are super happy to have encountered Greg. He was polite, answered each of my questions (sometimes several times over) and was easy to deal with. We estimated we saved around $3000 because of his help. Would definitely deal with Crown GMC and Greg again. More
Great Experience I dropped my Pontiac G8 GT off on Friday to get 4 new tires, new brakes, and some fluids changed out. They said it would hopefully be done by the end I dropped my Pontiac G8 GT off on Friday to get 4 new tires, new brakes, and some fluids changed out. They said it would hopefully be done by the end of the day but they couldn't get the parts. Normally this would bother me, but since they gave me a brand new Buick Verano Turbo to drive around in free, it didn't bother me one bit. When I picked my car up, it was clean and detailed and looked great! No complaints, great service. Mike Gregory was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely return. -NG More
