Set up an appointment for the recalls and warranty service for FM radio. When I got to the dealership I decided to have step assist running boards installed. Since the running boards would be in the next day I left the truck at the dealership. A courtesy vehicle was offered but I had my wife come to the dealership to see the running boards that would help her get in and out of the truck. At the end of the day Dave gave me a call and said all recall items were inspected, the radio antenna base was replaced, and as soon as the parts arrived the next day, the truck would be ready for pick-up. 0900 next day Dave called and said the truck was ready. Only time in 40 years of car ownership that I was called about recalls and kept up to date on the status of vehicle service. More
