At the end of the day, as I was getting ready to take one of your loaner cars home for the weekend, Michael called while I was returning my rental car to Enterprise, and told me that the problem was fixed, and that one of your employees would be coming to Enterprise to pick me up and take me back to your dealership. I was elated, but unsure of the fix, until Michael explained all the work that went into finally fixing the problem. .Alleluia! Many hours of frustration on Michael and you shop people's part, and me, finally paid off, after your people had contacted GM for help!. This last visit was an out of the blue event - my AC just started blowing hot air. I called my service guy, Bill Hevel, and without a pause he said come on in, I have a loaner for you until it's fixed. After the diagnosis, found out it it was covered under my extended warranty YAY!!!! My car was ready the next morning. Being without your vehicle and having car issues in general can be such a hassel, so I am very thankful for the ease, quick turnaround and overall customer service and care that I get from Bill and the dealership as a whole.
