Bad customer service I took my car for service....I end up paying more than one hundred dollars just for checking the issues because the service guy said that warranty did I took my car for service....I end up paying more than one hundred dollars just for checking the issues because the service guy said that warranty didn't cover any of those problems. The only thing the did was to reset the radio screen that really still have the same issue. What I really didn't like was his attitude when he wanted me to pay to have those issues fix from my pocket and I told him that I didn'the have that kind of money. His voice and attitude wasn't what I expected. Bad service . More
The visit could not have gone better! I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment. I was greeted right on time. I was brought to the desk of the service advisor, William Hevel. He couldn't have been I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment. I was greeted right on time. I was brought to the desk of the service advisor, William Hevel. He couldn't have been more welcoming...with a wonderful smile! It was decided that there was a problem with the air conditioner on the passenger side of the car. I was informed it would take a while. I was offered a ride back to the condo. The driver who took me home was so friendly! He made what could have been an uncomfortable ride a PLEASURE!! Later that day they called to say our car was ready and the driver was on his way back to pick me up! The car is fine and I couldn't have had a better experience at Crown Automotive!!! More

Got in touch with Crown Buick GMC last week via the online chat....was told the service manager would get back to me about the question I had and that Got in touch with Crown Buick GMC last week via the online chat....was told the service manager would get back to me about the question I had and that they had emailed me the information I had requested, Well, none of that happened, something I'm not surprised at. Never have had any good response or treatment from the service dept. there. Yesterday, Tammy called and left a Birthday message on my phone. Something she didn't have to do, I bought my car over a year ago.... But that is what makes Tammy, Tammy. I called her back to thank her for the greeting, then passed along the delay from the Service dept and the issue I was having. In less than 3hrs, I had all the informantion I needed and then some. If I ever need another vehicle and have to do business that way, Tammy has mine..... Goes above and beyond every time. More
