Friendly & efficient atmosphere I walked into crown/Buick GMC today looking to trade in my leased Chevy that was almost up. im a female & a little scarred of car dealerships. But the minute I walked in Jeff Harrington greeted me,& he led me to what I needed,& the rest is history.. Jeff is a very professional sales consultant. He sailed me thru all of the process of paperwork & insurance..he was very accommodating & helpful to get the job done efficiently. All of the staff @ Crown were very friendly.
