Amy got me back to Crown! I visited Crown GMC-Buick six months ago and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Amy Simpson. Although we didn't get a deal put together, Am I visited Crown GMC-Buick six months ago and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Amy Simpson. Although we didn't get a deal put together, Amy understood and stayed in touch with me through phone calls and many E-Mails. During the following six months, I visited many, many dealerships and didn't find any that matched Crown or Amy's professionalism. However, I finally found the vehicle I wanted at another dealership in the St. Pete/Clearwater area and decided to make the trip again--I live in Riverview. Since I was going that way, I also called Amy and chose to stop there on the way to the other dealership. Long, long story short, I never made it to the other dealership. Crown still had the vehicle I wanted, Amy had it ready to go when I arrived and Bob Patterson and the General Manager made the numbers work. It turned out to be a long evening and Amy stayed until I drove out with the new pickup. Had it not been for Amy's staying in touch all those months, I'm confident I would have never returned to Crown. Amy is honest, hard working, talks "everyday" talk, not a bit pushy, knows the business and is pleasant to work with. If you are shopping for a vehicle--look her up. Last, John Peeples was very personable and made the financing and final closing as painless as possible. More
