Great service from my salesman Went to Crown Buick to look at a 2015 Impala through their vet buy program was paired up with an amazing salesman named Jeff Fletcher. Gave me the royal treatment from the go. Also went out of his way to make sure the price was right and I was comfortable and not feeling pressured to buy a car out of my price range. I have to get my wife a car next and I will most definitely be coming back to Jeff. Amazing experience More

Routine Service Bill Hevel took care of me as soon as I arrived. He explained everything to me and took the vehicle back to be service. He came back a sort time later to tell me that I didn't need a service that I thought we needed. He did catch a problem that I know would have gotten worse. I'm glad he caught it because we were going on a trip in a couple of weeks. Bill got me a ride home and said he will have it brought to the house when it is done. Super easy experience. Almost forgot, the gentlemen who took me home was super nice. More

Help while traveling Dave was able to fit me in their very tight schedule and checkout a problem with my emission system and injection system.
