He always listens to my concerns and is extremely helpful in resolving my issues. Bill is a true automotive professional and his expertise shines through. My truck needed to have warranty work completed that was initially that was estimated to take 4 hours to complete. Bill arranged to provide us with a loaner vehicle so that we didn't have to hang out at the dealership for that length of time. About 3 hours after dropping off our truck I received a call from Bill stating that our vehicle would be finished shortly-about an hour ahead of time. Upon picking up our truck it looked fantastic! Another job well done. We can't say enough good things about Bill. Although it's a bit of a drive from Venice to St. Pete we'll continue to have our truck serviced at Crown. More
