The Best Dealership Experience My husband and I came to Crown Buick GMC as a last ditch effort after getting jerked around by two other local dealerships (one of which we had previo My husband and I came to Crown Buick GMC as a last ditch effort after getting jerked around by two other local dealerships (one of which we had previously purchased our cars from a couple years ago). Upon parking we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Jeff Fletcher. We briefly explained our situation and that we were looking to trade in our cars for a new Buick Verano and a new GMC Canyon. We explained our budget and what we wanted for vehicle features, etc, and Jeff was very attentive to our wants and needs as well as extremely knowledgeable about his vehicle inventory. He was quick to match us with the perfect car and truck for both of us. We had our one month old baby with us and Jeff was super patient with us during the whole experience, which was much appreciated. He even stayed three and a half hours late so he could help us finalize our purchase. Everyone? we encountered at the dealership was friendly and genuine. The front desk staff would make conversation with me while I tended to the baby. The woman training under Jeff was super kind and helpful from the start; she even went with me to test drive my car. The female closing manager was extremely helpful and dedicated to her job. Our finance guy was honest and thorough. Our experience with Jeff and Crown Buick GMC was phenomenal in every aspect, and they've gained two new lifelong customers. I highly recommend going here for your vehicle needs. More
