She took me to her office - addressed what i needed in a new car - and gave me some options of what we should look at so we weren't mucking around - needless to say what really knocked it out of the ballpark for me was she actually took time to take me back to their service department and introduced me to two of the guys that would be taking care of me if I had any problems - seem less process - At the end of the day - AMY Simpson (and I have bought more than a few cars in my day) is Second To None in her professional ism and knowledge of cars and how a customer should be treated. We owe it all to Tom Chenel. 12 years ago we bought our first car from Tom Chenel when he was at another dealership. After the first experience we bought or our children bought 7 other cars from him. My wife has driven the 2007 GMC Envoy Denali for 10 years and 73,000 miles. Although Tom now works 35 minutes from us and even though we have another Buick GMC dealership 10 minutes from us we drove to see Tom. We had our minds set on a new GMC Acadia. After driving one Tom, after listening to Bev and I about what was important to us, suggested we look at the Buick Enclave on the showroom floor. It really was perfect for Bev. It checked off all the boxes on the list of things that she wanted and was beautiful too. We left feeling like we had been dealt with very fairly and it had reaffirmed our loyalty to Tom Chenel. If I could have given him 11 stars I would have. More
