I rolled up to your used car dealership spoke to Sammy Zuppardo, we agreed on a 2018 Buick Enclave that was traded in that day. I paid cash for the vehicle. I was to get a call for a service check on my r Zuppardo, we agreed on a 2018 Buick Enclave that was traded in that day. I paid cash for the vehicle. I was to get a call for a service check on my rearview mirror but i have not received a call from him to set up my service call. Also noticed that the USB port was not working and would like to get someone to show me how it works. I am satisfied with my new vehicle but I am dissatisfied with my salesman who has not set up my service return to fix my mirror. In sales it is the details that matter! I am not sure I would buy again from this dealership. More
