Billy was amazing, I called to make sure the vehicle I wanted was available and it was. He had it ready and waiting for me when I got to the dealership to test drive. Donald Duck Hartman was very courteous and helpful in ordering our new GMC Yukon XL, SLT. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped up throughout the process. He thoroughly explained all the ordering our new GMC Yukon XL, SLT. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped up throughout the process. He thoroughly explained all the features/operation of our new Yukon. We ordered the vehicle, which was supposed to take 9 to 12 weeks and the vehicle came in in 3 weeks. My husband hoped to get more on the trade-in price, but overall we were very satisfied. All of the Crown Staff were very courteous. Even though we had the same package in our 2018 Yukon XL, I believe the features in the new 2021 Yukon XL are better. More

Jay Thompson was nice, but not helpful in the process. Seemed very eager to get the car off the lot and played it up. I found out later that the car has a bunch of problems that were not listed in the car Seemed very eager to get the car off the lot and played it up. I found out later that the car has a bunch of problems that were not listed in the car fax report given to me. I asked multiple times to meet to get the car serviced and he was never where he said he was. I would give him a specific time that I would be there and he would be "on lunch" or unreachable. Claimed to get my car serviced the first time but I got the car back with more problems than when it started. He knew nothing about the warranties I bought or any information pertaining to my vehicle. He has been very dismissive and uninterested in my concerns. I did not seem like a priority after buying the car though it has not even been a month. I feel like I was scammed. More
