Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! Joseph Chaisson was the first person I met upon driving into the used car lot, and he simply smiled and waived as I passed by. Then he asked me if I needed help or had I already spoken with someone previously. I said no, and only then, did he offer his services to help locate the vehicle I was interested in buying. This guy was the most polite and knowledgeable car person I had ever met. He was truly a delight to deal with and worked harder than anyone I know! I purchased my vehicle at a great price. The finance person, Mark L. was also wonderful to me. He knows his stuff, believe me! He offered me savings that I would otherwise never have known, and got me a great interest rate! I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, but never had dealings with Crown Buick. Now I regret that I didn't, because I know I would have done better. But moving forward, I would recommend these guys to everyone, because they truly make you feel like part of their family! No pressure- no hassle. Just amazing!
