Not very attentive to details. Came in for oil change, they take my mileage but no one noticed the air filter needed changing or that cabin air filter needed to be changed. It was listed on their check sheet but no one addressed it with me. I also scheduled on-line but never received a confirmation email from the site. Since I scheduled on-line after hours there were no prices available just a notice to contact the dealership for prices, so then why have an online process?
